How to give bot admin rights?
Very simple:
By clicking on the chat name at the top of the screen, you will see information about it. Next, assign the chat "super group".
In the information about the group, click on the three points and then go to the "group management". Next, go to the "Administrators" and add fovbot in it.
Now in the dialogue with fovbot, you can select a chat and start using the bot.
You can also add fovbot to several chats at once.
